Introduction to Pure Water, Ultra Pure Water, and Purified Water Equipment
Introduction to Pure Water, Ultra Pure Water, and Purified Water Equipment
The concepts of pure water, ultrapure water, and purified water may appear to be part of pure water, but there are significant differences in both water quality and process requirements.
1、 Pure water equipment:
Pure water equipment refers to water treatment equipment that produces pure water required by various industries, with reverse osmosis technology as the core treatment technology- Commonly used for food and beverage, chemical process water, industrial product cleaning, light industry fine chemical water, etc. Using reverse osmosis technology to produce pure water, it can be further divided into single-stage reverse osmosis process and two-stage reverse osmosis process based on the difference in source water quality and pure water effluent quality. Simply put, single-stage reverse osmosis is filtration through a reverse osmosis membrane, while two-stage reverse osmosis is filtration through a reverse osmosis membrane where the produced water is filtered again. At present, pure water equipment is essential in all purified and ultra pure water production processes. Based on ordinary pure water, we can produce the purified or ultra pure water that customers want through process combinations. Reverse osmosis pure water equipment is an essential basic equipment.
2、 Industrial reverse osmosis equipment
Purified water equipment:
Purified water equipment refers to water treatment equipment that produces purified water required by various industries, mainly for medical purified water, with new technologies such as reverse osmosis equipment and EDI technology as the core technology. The purified water produced by purified water equipment is generally used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, and hospitals. The water quality of its produced water has the following requirements: it meets the requirements of pharmaceutical purified water in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China, and the endotoxin is ≤ 0 25EU/ml, microorganisms ≤ 10CFU/ml, conductivity<0 2 us/cm (i.e. resistivity ≥ 5MS2. cm), colorless and odorless clear liquid. The national requirements for purified water are further subdivided into the standards for medical injection water and medical purified water. All products that come into direct contact with the human body are treated according to the standards for injection water, while those that do not come into direct contact with the human body are treated according to the standards for medical purified water. The conventional process flow of ordinary medical purified water and the water production process flow of injection water have been mentioned in the product display.
3、 Pharmacopoeia reverse osmosis equipment
Ultra pure water equipment:
Ultra pure water equipment refers to water treatment equipment that produces ultra pure water required by various industries, with new technologies such as water treatment pretreatment, reverse osmosis technology, EDI technology, ultra purification treatment, and post-treatment as the core technologies- Commonly used in industries such as solar photovoltaics, electronic semiconductors, circuit boards, and high-tech precision products. The water quality of its produced water has the following requirements: almost completely remove the electrolyte in the water (resistivity>15MS2 Cm), non dissociative colloidal substances, gases, and organic matter in water are all removed to a very low level, and the water quality of ultrapure water is divided into five industry standards, which are 181MS2 Cm, 15MS2. cm, 10MS2 Cm, 2mS2. cm, 0 5mS2. cm to distinguish different water qualities.
4、 Ultra pure water reverse osmosis equipment
The process flow of ultra pure water treatment equipment can be roughly divided into the following types:
2. The basic process flow of combining reverse osmosis water treatment equipment and ion exchange equipment is as follows: raw water → quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter>precision filter - reverse osmosis equipment ->pure water tank → mixed bed (compound bed) ->ultrapure water tank>ultrapure water pump>rear precision filter → water consumption point
3. The combination of reverse osmosis water treatment equipment and electrodeionization (EDI) equipment is a new process for producing ultrapure water, as well as an environmentally friendly, economical, and highly promising ultrapure water preparation process, The basic process flow is: raw water ->quartz sand filter ->activated carbon filter ->precision filter ->reverse osmosis equipment ->pure water tank ->electrodeionization (EDI) ->ultrapure water tank ->ultrapure water pump ->rear precision filter ->water consumption point.
