1. 2. Working principle: Water purification device system: composed of coagulation tank, sedimentation tank, filter tank, water quality stabilization dosing device, backwash device, water pump, and electrical control cabinet. Coagulation tank: WTH pipeline static mixer is used to automatically mix coagulants through hydraulic power. 5. Construction and materials

7. Operation and precautions
(1) The integrated water purifier in frozen areas should be installed indoors, while it can be installed outdoors in non frozen areas, but a top cover must be added to avoid polluting the water quality.
(2) Place the integrated water purification device on a flat site during installation to ensure uniform water discharge during normal operation. Various pipeline connection gate valves should have no air or water leakage and be eliminated.
(3) Before the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to eliminate debris in the pool and pay attention to the strict prevention of blockage in the inlet and outlet pipes.
(4) When heavily polluted water sources contain organic matter or algae, chlorination can be used to reduce chromaticity, destroy colloids in the water, remove odors, and prevent the growth of algae and moss in the pool.
(5) Before starting the equipment, half open the inlet valve, and then start the water pump. First, use a small amount of water with a normally open flow rate and increase the dosage of coagulant. After 60 minutes, open the large inlet valve again to increase the designed water volume and reduce the dosage of coagulant.
(6) When the equipment first recoils, the recoil gate should be adjusted to the given strength (based on not flushing out the filter material), and the recoil time should be controlled.
(7) The sewage pipe valve should be opened regularly to discharge the sludge from the sedimentation tank.
(8) Water quality measurement items: ① Regular comprehensive analysis and inspection of raw water and effluent quality by relevant units based on local conditions; ② The water plant conducts daily turbidity measurements of raw water, clarifier effluent, and filter effluent.
