4. The O-ring used and urgently needed must be replaced regularly.At the same time, relevant components must be checked during each replacement, and if there is any damage, they must be replaced immediately.Check the water collector and if there is any blockage, it should be removed.

5. When using FRP bucket slots as resin beds, the water collection pipe should be left in the bucket slot before filling the resin.During the resin filling process, the water collection pipe should be shaken irregularly so that the position of the water collection pipe can be adjusted and the upper cover can be installed.

If resin is filled first, it will encounter difficulties when inserting the water collection pipe.If it is necessary to first fill the resin before inserting the water collection pipe, the FRP tank that is already filled with resin can be placed horizontally on the ground, slowly rolling the barrel groove to loosen the resin, and then slowly inserting the water collection pipe into the resin.

After filling the resin and connecting the pipeline, the vent hole at the upper end of the barrel groove should be opened first, and water should be slowly introduced until the vent hole overflows and there are no more bubbles.
