Equipment configuration description of reverse osmosis system
The internal and external surface anti-corrosion and coating of chemical water treatment system equipment, pipes, valves and accessories can meet the requirements of corresponding media and surrounding environmental conditions.
The reverse osmosis device is controlled by PLC, including the normal operation of the system, backwashing, all protection of the system, water flushing and cleaning of the reverse osmosis device, etc., and other equipment is operated manually.
01. Multi-media filter
Each filter is equipped with complete valves, monitoring instruments, internal connecting pipes, various accessories, etc. The installation position of sampling bucket is convenient for operation and maintenance. The pressure gauge is equipped with isolation valve, and the equipment body is equipped with peephole.
1. Equipment manufacturing requirements:
A. Anti-corrosion treatment shall be carried out in the equipment.
B. All internal pipelines are connected with the body by flanges, and the convenience of maintenance and component replacement is considered. The materials of internal components meet the specified requirements, and the fasteners are equivalent to the materials of internal pipe fittings.
C. The internal parts are fixed and reinforced to withstand the impact of water flow.
D. The material peeped by the equipment is transparent and corrosion resistant, and its thickness can withstand the design pressure of the container and the test pressure during the test. The inner surface of the sight glass is flush with the inner surface of the container.
E. The manhole of the container shall ensure the access of maintenance personnel and replacement parts. The inner surface of manhole and manhole cover shall be flush with the inner surface of container. The manhole is equipped with a complete set of components such as manhole cover, washer, bolt, nut and lifting rod.
F. All internal devices, pipe fittings and components of the container shall be installed and fixed in the container before shipment to prevent missing parts and damage or loss during transportation.
G. The equipment is set with feet.
2. The upper water inlet device of the filter is a baffle type water inlet device, and the lower drainage device is a perforated plate.
3. The inlet pipe of each filter is equipped with a flow meter, and the inlet/outlet pipe is equipped with a pressure gauge.
02. Reverse osmosis system
Complete reverse osmosis system, including security filter, high pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane components, supporting instruments, valves, pipe system, body assembly and dosing cleaning equipment.
The equipment output, effluent quality and other technical indicators meet the design requirements.
The reverse osmosis system adopts local/remote control operation mode. The configuration of monitoring instruments such as the water level of the intermediate water tank and the system water production capacity shall meet the requirements of remote control startup, shutdown or system switching.
1. Security filter
The structure of the security filter meets the requirements of rapid replacement of filter elements.
A drain valve is set on the water pipe entering the security filter.
2. Reverse osmosis feed pump (high-pressure pump)
The high-pressure pump adopts vertical multistage water pump, and the materials of pipes and accessories are stainless steel.
The outlet of the high-pressure pump is equipped with a slow-opening device (to control the opening speed of the valve) and a pressure switch to prevent the membrane module from being impacted by high-pressure water and delay the alarm and pump stop when the pressure is high.
Pressure switch shall be installed for the impact of high pressure water on the membrane module and the delayed high pressure alarm and pump stop signal.
Corrosion resistance and mechanical seal shall be considered for sealing mode.
A pressure switch is installed at the inlet of the reverse osmosis feed pump to alarm and stop the pump when the pressure is low. High pressure switch is installed at the outlet to alarm and stop the pump when the pressure is high.
3. Reverse osmosis (RO) device
The RO device is set as two series units, each of which can operate independently or simultaneously.
The selection of reverse osmosis membrane elements shall be based on the characteristics of water quality, with large water permeability, high desalination rate and good chemical stability
And film with good mechanical strength.
The design water flux of RO membrane element shall be selected according to the low value of water flux specified by the membrane element. Reasonable arrangement and combination shall be selected to ensure normal operation and reasonable cleaning cycle of membrane elements.
According to the characteristics and requirements of water quality, the type and point of dosing for water supply shall be clearly given. The selection of chemical cleaning solution shall be determined according to the water quality of the feed water and the characteristics of the selected reverse osmosis membrane module, and the types and requirements of the required drugs shall be put forward.
Sufficient interfaces and valves are set on the main water supply pipe of RO unit, concentrated water pipe of each section, and the water inlet and outlet pipe of production water to connect with the cleaning liquid inlet and outlet pipe during cleaning.
RO concentrated water drainage is equipped with a flow control valve (solenoid valve) to control the water recovery rate.
The RO device is designed to avoid the membrane element bearing back pressure.
The water inlet pipe and product water pipe of RO device are provided with sampling points. The number and locations of sampling points can effectively diagnose and determine the operation status of the system.
4. Cleaning system
Cleaning equipment includes cleaning tank, cleaning pump, security filter, cleaning tank electric heater, pipes, valves, instruments, etc. All equipment shall be assembled on a chassis to form a unit. The material and anti-corrosion coating of the cleaning system shall be suitable for the cleaning fluid used. The cleaning box is equipped with an electric heater.
5. Flushing system
The flushing system includes flushing pump, valve, pipeline, etc. When the high pressure pump is designed to stop, the linkage flush pump. The flushing system is controlled by automatic program operation and local operation.
6. Reverse osmosis system pipeline
The pipeline design of the whole system avoids dead corners to prevent the growth of bacteria, and is equipped with a flushing system. High-pressure pipes shall be made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with corresponding medium (polished outer surface).
7. Reverse osmosis system instrument
The number of monitoring instruments configured for the system shall meet the requirements of safe, stable and reliable operation of the system.
Sampling points for flow measurement: local flow indicators are installed for each set of reverse osmosis water supply, total product water and cleaning water (after the security filter).
Sampling points for pressure measurement: local pressure indicators are installed at the inlet of each RO section and at the outlet of concentrated water; Pressure switches are set at the inlet and outlet of the reverse osmosis feed pump.
Sampling points for the measurement of analytical instrument: automatic SDI instrument is set at the inlet (main pipe) of two security filters;
Sampling point for liquid level measurement: the cleaning water tank is equipped with a liquid level gauge (with liquid level alarm signal), and the corresponding interlock function of starting and stopping the pump is realized.
Temperature measurement sampling point: the cleaning tank is equipped with thermometer and thermal resistance.
The RO product water outlet is equipped with a conductivity meter, and the RO device main inlet in front of the security filter is equipped with a conductivity meter.
03. Dosing system
Provide a complete dosing system according to the system requirements, and provide the drug type, dosing concentration, dosage and relevant instructions.
Requirements for dosing system:
Each dosing system is designed as a unit. Each dosing device is equipped with a solution tank, metering pump, valve, pipeline, etc.
The volume of all kinds of drug solution tanks can meet the drug consumption of all equipment in one day and night, and the local liquid level indication and remote liquid level indication are installed respectively, and the high and low liquid level alarm signals can be sent out.
The solution tank body is made of corresponding corrosion resistant materials.
The dosing device can automatically adjust the dosage according to the flow.
The pump stroke of the metering pump is 0~100% adjustable, and the output is 1.25 times of the maximum dosage. The metering accuracy at the point of maximum travel (relative travel is 100%) shall not be less than 1%. The metering pump can receive the flow signal and automatically adjust the dosage. The metering pump is a high-quality imported product with mature operation experience.
The valve shall be configured according to the process requirements, and the connecting valve shall be corrosion resistant.
The dosing pump will be designed for continuous operation. The pump shall be arranged to facilitate the testing, replacement and maintenance of all components.
All materials that are corrosive to the corresponding liquid medicine.
The drug configuration is carried out according to the low level alarm signal of the drug dissolution tank and the instructions of the operator.
04. Decarburizer
The carbon remover shall be configured to meet the water quantity and quality of reverse osmosis, and its outlet water quality shall meet the requirements of the mixed bed.
Two layers of semi-hard rubber are lined on the inner wall of the carbon dioxide remover and the main pipe system. The outer wall shall be painted with two coats of antirust paint and two coats of light green finish paint. The carbon dioxide remover is equipped with fan and motor. The fan parameters meet the operation requirements of the carbon dioxide remover. The carbon dioxide content in the effluent of the CO2 remover shall be less than 5mg/l. The carbon dioxide remover is equipped with water collector, hood and outlet water seal pipe. The water distribution device of the carbon dioxide remover adopts the main branch pipe type, and the packing support adopts the grid plate type.
