Air floatation machine is a water treatment equipment in which a large number of micro bubbles are generated in the water by the dissolved air system, so that the air is attached to the suspended solids particles in the form of highly dispersed micro bubbles, resulting in a state that the density is less than that of water. It floats on the water surface by using the buoyancy principle, so as to realize solid-liquid separation.
The air flotation machine is suitable for treating water with low turbidity, high chroma, high organic content, low oil content, low content of surface active substances or rich in algae. The utility model has the advantages of large hydraulic load and compact compression tank.
Precautions for daily operation of air flotation machine:
1. Investigate the water level of the dissolved water tank through the investigation hole. Ensure that the water level does not submerge the filler layer and affect the action of dissolved gas; Not less than the specified height to avoid mixing a lot of insoluble air in the effluent;
2. Pay attention to the condition of the pool surface during preparation. If it is found that the scum surface in the contact area is uneven and the local water flow churns violently, it may be that individual releasers are blocked or fall off, which needs to be checked and replaced in time. If it is found that the scum surface in the separation area is uneven and there are often large bubbles on the pool surface, it indicates that the bubbles do not adhere well to the impurity flocs, and the dosage needs to be adjusted or the type of coagulant needs to be changed.
3. The dosage of coagulant shall be adjusted in time according to the changes of flocculation in the reaction tank, scum in the separation area of the air flotation tank and effluent quality. At the same time, the operation of the dosing pipe shall be checked frequently to prevent blockage.
4. Make daily operation records, including treated water volume, water temperature, inlet and outlet water quality, dosage, solution gas volume, dissolved gas tank pressure, slag scraping cycle, sludge moisture content, etc.
